Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

  1. All orders are shipped with SF Express. Tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Customers can choose from the following delivery options:

    • Industrial/Commercial/Residential address
    • S.F. Express - Business Station Pickup
    • S.F. Express - Store Pickup
    • S.F. Express - EF Locker Pickup
    • 7-11 Store Pickup
    • Circle K Store Pickup

  2. Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we aim to dispatch your items within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  3. The tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided upon shipment.

  4. Orders may experience delivery delays due to the following factors, and we will notify customers in advance or make alternative arrangements:
      1. Extreme Weather or Special Circumstances
        1. Pre-Order Products and Customized Items (Product Page will be Noted)
          1. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer than standard delivery times.
            1. Incomplete recipient information, such as a change of delivery address or the recipient being unavailable to receive, can lead to delivery delays.
