Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped with SF Express. Tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Customers can choose from the following delivery options:
- Industrial/Commercial/Residential address
- S.F. Express - Business Station Pickup
- S.F. Express - Store Pickup
- S.F. Express - EF Locker Pickup
- 7-11 Store Pickup
- Circle K Store Pickup
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we aim to dispatch your items within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- The tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided upon shipment.
- Orders may experience delivery delays due to the following factors, and we will notify customers in advance or make alternative arrangements:
- Extreme Weather or Special Circumstances
- Pre-Order Products and Customized Items (Product Page will be Noted)
- Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer than standard delivery times.
- Incomplete recipient information, such as a change of delivery address or the recipient being unavailable to receive, can lead to delivery delays.
