Return Policy
Products purchased through our Online Store are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Exceptions are granted solely for products confirmed as defective, in which case an exchange will be permitted.
The customer is required to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt if a defect is identified. Upon confirmation of the defect by our team, the customer will be entitled to an exchange for the same model. (*This clause does not apply to certain products.)
Customers must bring the products to our office to arrange for inspection and replacement.
Exchange conditions:
The packaging of the goods must be intact, without any damage or scratches.
The customer must present a valid invoice or receipt.
The serial number of the product (if any) must match the information on the invoice.
Customers must return the gifts that were included with the purchase(if any), otherwise we will need to deduct the value of the gifts.
If the exchange product is not in stock, the customer can exchange other product of the same value.
This return policy does not apply to:
The cartridge and stylus are consumable items, returns and replacements are not allowed after sale unless there is a quality issue.
Goods damaged due to accidental damage or negligence damage, and improper use of goods.
Exchanges based on style, colour, or other subjective preferences are not covered under the return policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Soundwiser Limited shall be final and conclusive.
